Won't I have a better chance of getting a job if I just apply to every listing?
Absolutely not! In fact, this is one of the main reasons that many employers who do offer telecommute positions don't advertise them-- because when they do they are deluged with applications from people who aren't even remotely qualified for the position.

If an employer posts a listing for an experienced C++ programmer, and receives 12,000 resumes from people who have never done programming before, they are not going to post here again. This doesn't do you, or the employer any good. Please, please only apply to a job if you meet all of the requirements specified in the listing.
