Dear Reader,

It's hard to believe that the year is almost over. It has just flown by-- as they always seem to do.

This year we passed another milestone. There are more than 25,000 of you reading this ezine. Can you believe that? It seems like just yesterday that I wrote with excitement about having 5,000 subscribers. But that was back in 2001!

As the year winds down, I find myself reflecting on what I accomplished and what I hope to accomplish next year. Always, my main goal is to strike a balance between my business and my family. I think I get better and better at that each year, but I hope to continue to strive for more quality time.

For those of you who are still searching for a way to work at home, we have excellent articles this issue that I hope will propel you into action.

I'd also like to send my warmest wishes for a safe and peaceful Holiday Season to you and your families.
