Dear Reader,Summer has finally arrived on the Mendocino Coast, thank goodness! The kids are almost out of school and it's time to start planning ways to keep everyone busy so we don't drive each other nuts.
We've got some camping trips planned and I'm looking forward to getting away. As I was thinking about this, I realized how very fortunate I am to be able to take off when I want to. Not only do I have complete flexibility because I'm running my own business, but technology allows me to schedule my messages to go out on schedule... whether I'm here or not.
When summer comes, I find that I often struggle with trying to balance my work load and wanting to spend time with my daughters. So, I'm going to enjoy our camping trips and my time off, and when it's time to buckle down I won't feel guilty about not being able to spend every minute with them.
Featured this month are three excellent articles. In the spotlight we have Pamela La Gioia who shows us Techniques for Finding Telecommuting Employment. This in-depth article is full of great advice for anyone looking to find a telecommute job. Don't miss this one.
I hope you enjoy this month's issue. As always, I love hearing from you and welcome you to drop me a note.
Warmly,
Sharon Davis
