Are there any home businesses for candles that are free to join?

I did a quick search and found Diamond Creek Candles (http://www.diamondcreekcandles.com) that lets you sign up for free for 30 days and then you can choose to invest or not.
Just as an aside, most businesses require some kind of initial investment. I'm hearing a lot of buzz about Scentsy wickless candles. Anyone with them?

There really is no place online that will offer free advertising. Why would someone send you their traffic if there is nothing in it for them. Some of the basics to get you started would be to check out google adwords. It is a form of pay per click that sends you good and relevant traffic.
