I’ve outlined certain possibilities to the website not getting indexed:

(a) Your site was temporarily unavailable when the Googlebot was passing through.

(b) Your website has drastic errors – This includes having dead links or orphaned pages that are not allowing the Googlebot to crawl through all the pages of your website.

(c) Javascript or Flash is “un-crawlable” – The Googlebot may have trouble following links in Javascript or Flash meaning pages of your website may be excluded in the Google index. This means, your website contains Nofollow or Robots.txt code placed in the website.

(d) You are black listed – Google has the power to omit your website from their search results if they believe you are doing something illegitimate to boost your PageRank. Illegitimate practices include: Cloaking – having text/links on your website that are invisible to browsers, Over-use of Keywords – repeating keywords artificially to boost keyword count, Duplicating material etc.

(e) Your page may not be relevant to the search terms you want- if the content of your webpages are not relevant to your keywords, your pages won’t appear in search engine results.

Your website may be indexed but not appearing in search engine results due to poor performance. You can check if this is the case by searching for your URL as the keyword. For example, if your URL is www dot example dot com, enter “www dot example dot com” as your search keyword query. If your website appears in the search engine results, then you are indexed.

Try doing a search for "site:www.yoursite.com" You'll find every page that is indexed.

I will not agree to above. This wont prevent you from getting index. You will get index, but your site will not come up in Search result.
