Strawberry Dip
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Watkins Strawberry Extract
4 Tablsp. sour cream
2 drops Watkins Food Coloring
Blend all ingredients together.
Chill and serve with fresh fruit
The sour cream gives it a softer consistency - great as a bagel spread - even a good cake or cupcake frosting and great served with Granny Smith apples. Take one slice and then cut that slice in 4 bite size pieces and put toothpicks in each piece and dip and ENJOY!
