Meaning, the ones who fail and complain, are usually the ones wanting something for nothing. This IS a business and there is work to be done. That said, if you take the time now to do what needs to be done, then there will be less to do to maintain and more time to do the things you enjoy.

If you want to get to a certain point, find someone who is there. If Someone won't help you, it's probably because they can't. It has been my experience that the successful ones are willing to help others achieve success also.
