I get so much more traffic...but same amount of sign ups

I have been doing this for several months now and am slowly progressing. I now see several hundred unique hits a day but sign ups are still the same. Any ideas? I try follow up but I fear most of my personal e-mails go right to spam folders :(

Unique hits are fine, but how many are returning visitors? It takes more than one visit before someone buys unless they know exactly what they are looking for and you're the only one who has it.

Do you have a subscriber form where they ask for more info?

Well, I think one of the reasons is your web site. I just checked it out and It's the type of web site that drives me and others nuts.

(sorry, don't mean to hurt your feelings, just stating the truth).

A pop-up window asking me if I want live help? errrr! I can tell you right now that 90% of people who visit your site will hate that pop up box.

Next....there is nothing on your home page in regards to TEXT that tells you what your site is about....NOTHING. I was on your main page for 3 minutes and finally closed the window. I am not going to explore your site more if I don't know what it's about right from the main page.

Ah...I didn't check your site out af first, but now I agree with Shelly. There's no information on there other than the video and I don't like audio when I visit a website. So when I was leaving, the chat box came up and that is one of the most annoying things (to me) on a website.

Possibly the reason you have a lot of unique visitors and not many returning visitors.

More text would be nice and turn the audio to off. If people want to watch it, they can do so by clicking it.
