We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Northeast Texas. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to answer customer calls and emails, is interested in pets and pet nutrition, and enjoys learning and helping others. We take customer service to the extreme; we do everything we can to help our customers and we want them and their pets to be happy. Our CSRs enjoy working for a company that sets such a high standard for customer service.
This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday-Friday, with benefits. We have been in business since 2000, have never had lay-offs, and offer excellent benefits. Many of our CSRs telecommute; however, the workday is structured similarly to any office job. (It is not a telemarketing job or a work-at-home-get-rich-quick scheme.) We simply offer telecommuting as one of our many benefits: it’s very convenient and saves time and money by not having to pay commuting costs. We have a suite of Web-based tools that allow us to efficiently organize our daily tasks and maintain close communication within our company, while giving employees the opportunity to work from home.
Your home office must be absolutely free of distractions and interruptions, and you must have high-speed internet (DSL or cable) available. Once the work schedule is set up it is not flexible; all hours worked and all time off must be authorized beforehand.
