Blue Spade Staffing, LLC is recruiting 10 Tier One Technical Support Technicians for a temp-to-perm assignment. Successful candidates MUST pass 4 proficiency/skills tests and MUST have at least one technical certification (E.g. A+, MCP, MCSE, etc.) in addition to a high school diploma. Candidate must also complete a drug test, background check, education check, and employment check. Bilingual candidates are eligible (pending a Spanish proficiency test) to earn additional compensation (See compensation description). U.S. citizenship required.

Candidate must be motivated and able to WORK FROM HOME up to 40 hours/wk. Candidate must have high-speed internet access (wired), a phone (Land line), use Internet Explorer 7.0 for job (Not 8.0), and use Win XP or XP Pro Operating System. Candidate must also have 3 years of recent experience working in a consumer related Technical Support Technician role.

We have 3 shifts. Candidates MUST be available to work ANY TIME between 7am & 1am CST as there are no guarantees what you will receive at the conclusion of the shift bid. (How the lottery system works. If you are selected for employment, you will choose a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choice of shift. There are no guarantees as your name is put in a hat and your 1st selection is awarded to you if that shift is not full already.)

Compensation: $14.00/hr (Days) & $15.40/hr (Night hours) - Bilingual (Eng/Span) Candidates: $15.00/hr (Days), $16.50/Hr (Night hours)
