The selected candidate will be responsible for answering all technical support inquiries, and filing reports based on common incidences. A majority of the work can be done remotely, but proximity to our New York City office is required.

Requirements:
* Positive, outgoing personality
* Possess both strong sales and customer service skills
* Preferred experience in technology field
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Advanced skills with standard office software (Word, Excel, email applications)
* Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities:
* Handling tech support emails
* Handling tech support phone calls
* Filing tech support incidence reports
* Evaluating and presenting tech support reports

Location:
* New York, NY
