If you are a Virtual Assistant currently looking for additional work or would like to start your own practice, here are some of the requirements and qualities you will need to work with our network.

Basic skill requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years performing high-level administrative duties.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Access to a computer with an internet connection and email services a must.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships with customers.
* Ability to keep confidential materials private.

Additional qualities needed to be an effective Virtual Assistant:

* Open. Willing to learn new things, able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
* Quick. Able to get it ¡t whatever it is, rapidly.
* Intuitive. Listens well. Can hear what's said and what's not said.
* Proactive. Sees something that needs attention and takes care of it.
* Focused. Can give each task or piece of work complete attention.
* Confident. Finds joy and peace in solitude. Trust gut instincts.
* Committed. Looks for partnerships - long-term relationships with partners.

Yes the idea of voswald3 is good to work at home. Its more effective and durable.
